I also think Whats the Story is a better album than Definitely Maybe. I think both of them are better than Sgt Peppers. I think neither of them come close to Beatles for Sale or The White Album.
Anyone who cannot see the aesthetic beauty or the pure melodic genius of the Beatles has been to the surgeon and had a head transplant with an Alsation dog. I wouldnt want to listen to them every day, for sure, but I wouldn't want to drink a bottle of Rothchild 72 every day either, regardless of how fine it is.
Lots of cars go as fast as a Ferrari 420, but they are NOT Ferrari's, and no amount of horsepower or styling will ever make them so.
Im sure you see my point here.
